Abstract -
Usability is requirement for which not much research has been done in relation to designing usable e-Government services especially in developing countries. The high failure of most of e-government projects in these contest has been linked to poor usability. Most research on e-government services has been focused on general e-government implementations. This paper dicusses why usability of e-government services in developing countries is poor and presents a proposal for a possible solution.
