Abstract -
In this paper, we propose an iris recognition system using wavelet decomposition method and probabilistic neural Network (PNN) to analyze the pattern of a human iris. In the feature extraction part, unrolled iris images are filtered using wavelet transform for four times. Iris recognition is then performed by using PNN. The recognition rate of 98.37% is achieved on CASIA database.
