Abstract

This article explores the critical role of business analysts in driving successful cloud-enabled digital transformation initiatives within organizations and across industries. As businesses increasingly embrace cloud technologies to enhance agility, scalability, and innovation, the role of business analysts becomes pivotal in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. The article examines the multifaceted contributions of business analysts across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the context of cloud-enabled digital transformation. From requirement gathering and analysis to process optimization, change management, and continuous improvement, business analysts play a central role in ensuring that cloud initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver tangible value to the organization.
