Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of Kubernetes and Docker, two essential technologies that have revolutionized containerization, orchestration, and management in the world of software development and deployment. We will explore the core concepts, architecture, and functionalities of both Kubernetes and Docker, highlighting their benefits and use cases. Furthermore, we will discuss how these technologies work together to enable scalable, resilient, and portable application deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Hana or Azure.
