Abstract: - Mobile phones are the most commonlyused communication tools. Using mobile phones to obtaininformation is not only quick, but also more convenient shortcutto improve people`s lives. In the paper, we propose the softwaredevelopment architecture based on Web services. Thisframework introduces the three-layer architecture of Webdevelopment into mobile phone software development. Based on he three-layer architecture, the android based city tour guidesystem is developed. This application to identify the places in video wise. We are using the Android Mobile Phone and 2.3 android version supporting mobiles.
