Abstract: -This paper was based on the evolutionary game theory to study the dynamic game behavior of the real estate developers and commercial bank and set up an evolutionary game model based on asymmetric games, Through a study of the replicator dynamics, the research analyzed the evolutionary stable strategy. At last the simulation shows the effect of Evolutionary path when the initial conditions are changed. The results provide valuable reference for the real estate developers and commercial banks.
