Abstract -
The Assistance Monitoring System (AMS) is an ICT application that will help facilitate transactions in local government unit (LGU). The development of the system utilized the waterfall model involving requirement specifications, system design, design implementation, verification and testing, system deployment and software maintenance. The system was evaluated and garnered a “very good” rating. It is an integral part of the Local Government Automation System in the City Government of Malolos that has objective to transform the manual operation to digital automation.
