Abstract -
In recent years wireless sensor networks have been attracting attention due to their applications in communications for traffic monitoring, industrial applications, patient health monitoring, in security, surveillance. Instead of latest advancements in technology, energy minimization still remains an interesting area for the research. In this paper many energy aware routing algorithms & protocols have been proposed for wireless sensor networks in order to achieve minimum energy consumption proportionally maximized network lifetime. In this paper we propose a energy efficiency routing algorithm for wireless sensor network through which our aim of energy minimization is achieved. In proposed algorithm a specific role is assigned to nodes & these roles are such as cluster heads, sink node, routing node, source node which is given on the basis of energy present in the node.
