Abstract -
Transmission of data over cluster based p2p networks is one of interesting research issues. In this paper we are proposing an efficient cluster based file transmission technique in p2p networks with inter clustering approach and clusters can be formed by the inter cluster rate of data flow. Data integrity of the file can be maintained and file query can be handled in optimized way. In this approach we initially cluster the nodes based on coordinates of the node and data flow and it can choose cluster for implementation on nodes in outer cluster. Our experimental result shows more efficient results than traditional approaches.
