Abstract -
Many studies have shown the interest of using ontologies in Information Retrieval Systems (IRS) for various fields such as medicine, astronomy, or e-learning. We seek to build a platform that uses the techniques of Semantic Web (SW) to improve the process of Competitive Intelligence (CI) within enterprises. We propose in this paper an approach that shows the use of an ontology describing the internal and external environment of enterprises with the Information Research phase of the CI cycle. The ontology used is "EntrOnto", it is an ontology that we have already created and presented in a previous article.
